State law prohibits bringing alcoholic beverages or liquor to any club function from any outside source.  Please respect this restriction at our dances.

For safety reasons, no food and/or beverages are allowed on the dance floor.

Out of town guests may attend all dances.   Quail Creek guests may attend only one dance per Dance Season as an introduction to the Casual Dance Club.  

Guest fees are $15 per person or $5 per person with a purchase of a dinner.  Fees are collected at the door.

Maximum number of members is set at 250 in order to comply with the Madera Clubhouse fire code.

 There are no assigned tables or seating at the dance.

Members serving on the board will have their membership dues waived for their current term.
